No. The AI only transcribes the certificate into structured fields. Deterministic code checks those fields against your requirement template and decides the status — and nothing turns compliant until a person reviews and approves it.

When a vendor’s coverage is expiring, CrewCert emails them on a schedule (30 / 14 / 7 / 1 days out). The Emails page shows everything sent, its delivery status, and whether the vendor responded with a new certificate.

Every organization’s data is isolated at the database layer, documents live in private storage and are served only through short-lived links, and every compliance change is written to an append-only audit log.

Settings → Cancel my account. That permanently deletes your organization and all of its data.
