What counts as a vendor?
Any subcontractor or supplier you are tracking insurance for. Archived vendors and the sample data we seed for your first run don't count. If you reach your plan's limit, nothing you already track is hidden or deleted — you just can't add another until you upgrade.
What happens after the trial?
Your 30 days start when you sign up, and we never ask for a card to begin. When the trial ends, choose a plan in Settings → Plan & billing. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the billing portal in Settings — no email, no phone call. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and we don't refund partial months. You can export everything to CSV before you go.
